All Office Welcome Books are custom-created for each client. Because of the personalized nature of these books, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.
If there is a printing defect, production error, or damage to the books, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will work with you to replace the affected items or issue a refund when appropriate.
